I got 60 for 5RM and considering my 1RM is apparently 55 I think that’s pretty cool.
Got to 12th min on WOD using 30kg so got scored 207 although 198 may be more accurate as I’m not sure about that 12th minute at all!!!!
You can tell I was waring my Annie top. Feeling proud 🙂

Bit killed after that. So only 750 for wod (used 30kg). Damn my thighs were burning.
Actually calculated wrong… 1050… (did 7 on the 8th round and used 30kg) my brain was dead after obviously as well as my thighs haha
110kg for strength
4500 for WOD. Nearly got to round 14 but the bar slipped off my shoulders when I was coming out of the 13th squat, literally in the last second. Ah well, I was ready to pass out anyway..
