Did it at open gym today.. 9rounds and 5squats with 30kg.. and 30singles instead of du. As much as front squats and me don’t get along, I actually enjoyed that one!

Managed to get 12 rounds & 5 sit ups with 50kg, welcome to all the new members , apologies if didn’t say ‘Hi’ , but busy having a heart attack
14 rounds +20singles 16kg goblet squats instead of front squats! Well done to all new members π
Really enjoyed this WOD nearly got 13 rounds but nearly never does it! got 12 full rds 5 front squats, 10 sit ups and 10 singles βΊοΈ
Ah that was hard! Got 11rounds dead with 45kg
First WOD back after injury and exams and all the rest. 16rounds 2 front squats. Went considerably light but it felt good to be back in a class.
13 + 1 sit up. Enjoyed that WOD but I went too heavy, found myself losing technique with 30kg. I’ll know for next time!!
