37.5 1RM clean nd jerk
Disaster for the wod completed 10 rounds & 11 thrusters but had to reduce weight from 27.5 to 25kg it was just to heavy for me.. Really didn’t like today’s one 🙁
Clean and split jerks! Been a while since I did the split jerks but I bet my 1RM 🙂 Got 42.5kg and I did to 10 of each on the workout with 35kg on the bar. I enjoyed that workout cause I could squat proper today so I did the full clean instead of power cleans. Split jerks need work on them but they got better as it went on.

43.5kg 1RM clean & jerk, 12 rounds + 11 thrusters for the WOD
85kg for clean and jerk. Got to complete the round of 10 for wod.

I couldn’t make it in today so I did it when I got home to Galway. Got upto 12 thrusters with 25kg on the bar. Tough one, damn burpees!!!!
57.5kg for 1RM Clean and Jerk.
10rounds and 4 Thrusters with 40kg on bar.
Tough but kinda enjoyed it..
Got to 60kg on the C&J, and managed to complete all of the 10 thrusters & Burpees with 45kg on the bar.

55kg for 1rm clean & jerk. Wod with 40kg thrusters, 10 rounds & 5 thrusters. Thrusters & burpees are the worst combination!!!!
65kg 1RM Clean & Jerk…. 12 rounds + 9 Thrusters for WOD!!
