Completed 5 rounds + 3 push jerk, all scaled – 50kg push jerks, jumping pull-ups, and 60 single-unders. For the strength work, worked up to 55kg bent-over row, plus 7 box ring-rows – if I was a bit smarter in the morning time I might have lifted more. Well done Anne-Marie with the pull-ups!
WOD – 4 rounds and 25 double unders with 35kg for push jerks and box ring rows.
Worked up to 43.5kg for bent over row and was getting 6 then 5 max ring rows with feet on box.
