43.5kg for Push Press, up from 42kg but found it tough. Claw hands now for the evening after them 200 high knees. Took 14.34ish plus few burpees in between.
Terrible PP performance today. Didn’t even get near my previous 1RM. So better not talk about it.. (76.5 as opposed to 82.5).

Broke 11 times which killed me!!
66kg for max, up 1, WOD in 19mins, so tough, with 30 burpees to start the day because of technical issues with my phone, thanks coach
