    Legs will feel this workout later! 27mins 17secs(i think), double unders are hard but getting there, lifted 23kg for the thrusters. Beginning to get the hang of kipping too :). Great start to a Tuesday.

    No double unders yet had to do 25 singles and 25 tuck jumps and scaled on the thrusters for last two rounds, thanks Cam. Tough workout but feel great for having done it. 33.01 so room for improvement.

    I found this WOD tough !! The double unders are still eluding me so it was 150 singles for me ! 22.5kgs on the thrusters and completed the WOD in 26.42 with a lot of support from Edel !!!! Im sore already

    That WOD seriously was horrible. No double unders so had to do 150 singles instead. Halfway through I thought I was going to die 🙂 20kg on thrusters not great form I lose it when tired. Need to practice.
    First time I’ve done crossfit 2 days in row it was hard as still sore from yesterday.
    What doesn’t kill me makes me stronger?? 🙂

    WOD time was 23:15. 20.5kg for thrusters. Didn’t actually mind the lunges too much. I actually loved the WOD. Sure I love them all lol!!!!

    That was a great workout 22.48 for WOD couldn’t do the double unders so had to do 150 singles didn’t put much weight on the bar for the thrusters sore on the wrists delighted got the hang of the kipping I think.

    Great WOD today, 29:01 with 25kg for the thrusters, and did the 150 single unders, looking forward to the day I can do all double-unders. I did manage a few during the skill work so I’m getting there. Liked the kipping as well, feel like I’m starting to get the hang of it (geddit?)
