Today’s workout was class! Did 31.5kg for the hang power clean but I know I can do more just need to perfect getting under it – right Edel lol!!

Only on box steps though not box jumps need to build up quad strength!

50kg deadlifts, full hrpu (although I did sneak some girly ones in after round 4!), 20″ box jumps.
7 full rounds & 5 box jumps
Really tough but really enjoyed it
Really liked that one today. 2RM was 52.5 kg, managed one at 55kg but didn’t the technique wasn’t feeling at all natural, I know that’ll improve though. Used 60kg for the workout, managed 7 full rounds plus two deadlifts. I also snuck in a spectacular lateral-half-cartwheel during the box jumps ( I fell off the box).
