50kg 1RM, finished WOD in 9:31 using 40kg. Lovely running in the cold rain this morning, unfortunately the hail stopped just before we started, maybe we’ll have better luck next week!
Enjoyed today’s class, great working with Ciara on the snatch, we both really surprised ourselves! I got 34kg nice lil PB 🙂 I used 25kg for the WOD and rowed instead of running, 11:34
I definitely think we should pair up more often Lorraine! 35.5kg for very ugly 1rm power snatch, but up 4kg from last time so happy with that. 11.06 for wod, and that was me really pushing myself on the running. Lungs nearly exploded after. I guess that’s proof I did actually push myself! Deffo need to work on snatch technique.

50kg for 1RM Power Snatch , completed WOD in 11.05 with 40kg – gotta love running in the cold, wind & rain. Need to seriously work on my assisted ring dips, but gave me and others a laugh to end the week. : )
Although I was *really* looking forward to running in the rain/hail, I seem to have acquired a trapped nerve in my butt (sciatic nerve). Which is just as fun I swear. Hopefully get it sorted Monday and be back to class then!

I actually enjoyed the running today strangely, even in the hail
31kg 1rm up 3kgs from last time so I’m happy with that but I need to get faster and more aggressive!!
