Got up to 60kg for the floor press and maxed out at 9 pull ups 🙂 pull ups and pistols tonight 😛 gotta get some HSPU!! Happy Birthday Ciara!!

Worked up to 37.5kg on floor press was happy enough for first time doing them in a long time!! Most ring rows I managed was 16.. Done ring rows and regular squats for WOD!! Loving being back 😀 body erm not so happy right now!!!

Got 35kg for 2 rep floor press… enjoyed the WOD, tried aided pistol squats at the start but I quickly changed to air squats! Scaled to HRPU and ring rows.
Worked up to 42.5kg for floor press and maxed out at 6 ring rows . WOD was good tried pistol squats using box for help.

Worked up to 70kg on floor press And did 12 pull ups. Did pull ups on wod with aided pistol squats And hrpu. Happy out. Happy birthday ciara:)
65kg 2RM Floor Press… HRPU, Pull Ups & Pistols (aided on weaker side)..
