Started off with 50, 35 and 30, but my shoulder felt a bit twingy during the first set so after that dropped it to 30 and 25 for the clean & jerk. Found the wall balls and box jumps really hard. 34:31

80, 60,50 for the weights. Any day wallballs and box jumps feel like a break is a tough day.
Toughest Tuesday in a while, 39:02 weights: 55,35,25kg couldn’t get a good rhythm going for wallballs, total sweatfeast 😉
