Lifted 30.5 KG floor press – pretty good for me. WOD in 11.18 I think – was to busy dying. Used 10 KG for it and had to switch to floor toes to bar 3/4 way through WOD as I couldn’t find the energy to jump up and grab the bar!!!
Can I do the 6 o clock after missing the 4.30 deadline!

WOD in 11mins, got 33.5 kg for the floor press. Some workout 🙂
42.5kg for floor press. Me vs the boys for WOD….10.17, 15kg gto & high knees with 20″ bjumps.
10.20 for workout. Legs are done in today after the week. 27.5 for press.
