85kg for 1RM which was my previous 1RM. Disappointed not to improve on it but still happy I got the same as before!
Got 3 rounds + 7 sit ups with 30kg OHS.

77.5kg new RM for the front squat. Got 4 rounds and 4 OHS for the workout, with 30kg on the bar,
Got stuck at 115kg with front squat. 117.5 is my RM. Went from 115 – which went OK – to 120 but couldn’t get out of the squat.
Did the WOD and got 5 rounds square.
