Got back squats done with 90kg on the bar.
Finished the WOD in 5:45 but only with 30kg on the bar. Probably could have done it with 40kg but I prefer to focus on good technique rather than going crazy on weight.
I got 25 unbroken DU last Friday, a new PB. But couldn’t string together two this morning. Was it too early in the morning or too much pressure?

Enjoyed today’s WOD, 6 minutes flat with 20kg on the bar.
Good WOD today, felt good about my OH squats, 5.31ish i cant remember exactly with 25kg on the bar.
8:29 with 30kg and single unders, need stronger wrists, had to resort to using my wrist straps half-way through.
7:47 with 23kg. Seems after 2 weeks off I’ve forgotten how to string du together lol and the ohs were very shaky! Enjoyed it though!
Finished in 7:56 with 30kg probably shoulda gone heavier 😛
7:11 with 20kg. Had to resort to front squats half way through.. First round of ohs were okay, second round were very shaky! Singles for skipping.
