Got 7 rounds with 35kg, 8sounds and 3 reps with 30kg and 9 sounds and 3 reps with 20kg
Got 8 rnds and 1sit up with 35kg… 7rnds and 1situp with 30kg and 7rnds with 25kg!! Tough but good 😀
Got 8 rounds with 35kg, 9 rounds with 30kg and 10 rounds with 20kg.
6 rds with 50kg , then 7 full rds plus 5 sit ups at 40kg, and finally 8rds plus 3 front squats at 30kg. Just a little bit tired after that workout!!!
8 rds @45kg, 7rds & 6 sit ups @35kg and 7rds & 3 sit ups @25kg. Really slowed down on sit ups after the 3/4th rounds!!!
