50 for the complex which was with happy with cause last time we did any of them mine were all around 30.
WOD did HRPU and box dips but Rx the weight (cause Im becoming Annie!!!). Got 2&4cleans, 2 and 2 for the 3 AMRAP

67.5 for complex. Went from 2rds to 1rd over Wod with 55 on bar. Cleans were the easy part of this one! Good wod tho, 15mins flew.
Had to go light today, did the complex with 45kg emom over ten mins, WOD with hrpu box dips and 40kg, 2 rds and 3 push ups, 2 rds, 2 rds
70kg for strength complex!! 2rds/1+8ring dips/1+7ring dips for WOD with 55kg (starting with ring dips)… Shoulder burner!!!!
65 kg for strength. I really need to work on my cleans. Awful technique..

Worked up to a heavy 45kg for complex.
Did WOD with HRPU, 40kg C&J, Box Dips
2+3HRPU, 2, 2+5HRPU
45kg strength. 1 and 8 dips 1 and 2 cleans on round 2&3. C&j @35. Handstands were uncomfortable to say the least. Killer combination.
