First time doing overhead workouts after my shoulder injury and it felt all good.
Used 40kg for strength, based on my current 1rm.
I took it easy with the WOD, put 35kg on the bar and the shoulder held up fine. Completed it in 6:15.

7.45 with 25 on the bar cause squats aren’t low enough. Cameron also saw me doing what I can only describe as 3/4 of a pullup – but it was DEF a strict pull-up (to just below my nose). YEAY ME!!!
Wod 8.47 with a new PB of 30kg thrusters ( Thanks Edel for the push) but burpees sucked!!
Arms were already exhausted from the strict press strength work.
Great crowd in 5pm class 😉

7.30 with 35kg on bar
6.25 with 35kg
Enjoyed that this evening. Only had 40 kg for wod managed to do it in 5.59.
6:48 for tonight’s WOD as prescribed… Enjoyed that one, unusual for a Thruster/Burpee combo!!!
