50kg back squat. WOD 13.17. Scaled 13kg thrusters and ring pulls. It was hard but I could have gone heavier on the thrusters. I’ll know for next time!
Really pleased with my push ups, first time I tried I could do 2 and they were very wormy. Now I can do 10, still on my knees but getting there. Also the negatives started to sink in today, thanks for all your help today Edel, and for laughing at my pony skips 🙂 see ye Weds
50kg for back squat. Again finding it hard to remember and coordinate everything! Did 18kg for WOD but probably should have stuck with the 20kg. Pull ups on band. WOD time was 11.49
Felt so sorry for the poor foundation class who had to witness that WOD on their first night!
Did 72.5kg for the 2RM back squat, probably had more in me but was happy to build up slowly.
Tough workout, scaled to 30kg for the thrusters, still not happy with my cleans. Was glad to get the full seven rounds in.

57.5kg 2RM back squat. Completed WOD in 13 mins something but had to scale to 25kg from 30 in round one… Thrusters are a bitch!!!
40k for RM found that very sore on neck and wrists flexibility is not too good there 18kg on thrusters pull ups scaled to rings 13.40 I think hard class

Tough first experience of WOD, managed to complete and great encouragement from others in session & Edel.

50kg for back squat, used 23kg for thrusters, that double jump over the bar after each burpee was so hard. Feeling good now tho.

77.5kg 2RM on squats!! I have a feeling I may have trouble walking tomorrow!!
