9:27 with 27.5kg. Skipping slowed me down as I was trying to do 3 singles and then one double but totally lost my rhythm after first round. Very happy that I went with the heavier weight. Thanks Edel for pushing me. And delighted I can now do two full push ups. Progress!!!
9.08 with 23kg, could have gone heavier will know for next time, still find push ups the hardest thing in the world! Double unders getting there. 6.45am 🙂

9.48 with 25kg!! It wasn’t easy but sure what is in crossfit ha ha 🙂
Not a great day, really struggling v with my hip flexors, was really uncomfortable with the power cleans so did 50kg deadlifts instead for the WOD, time was 9:50. I was disappointed as well as I was really looking forward to trying the handstands but they were too painful. There’s always tomorrow, in the meantime there’s foam rollers.

9.05 with 25kg definitely need practice with the aggressive hips! Hahaha. 🙂
9.21 a weensey 22.5kg did full push ups maybe not perfect and singles no double unders yet and did a headstand but only one good workout had a few laughs!!
