60kg for 1RM. WOD in 14.09 with 30kg on the bar and singles.
45kg for 1rm. Didn’t have a previous to compare to. But happy with that. Wod in 10:53 with 25kg on bar and singles.
55KG for 1 RM
11:35 for WOD with 30kg on the bar.
