New 1rm for back squat 65kg and it felt good. Tough little WOD , overhead squats got a little easier tonight because of the great coaching tips. Great class tonight.
Well was going b all happy with my new 1rm of 55kg(thanks new lifting shoes) till I read the weight above this comment from a girl….lucky it’s not a competition lol fair play. If u wanta play some rugby call us

Up 5kg to 105kg for 1RM, probably could have gotten 107.5 but was greedy and went for 110 instead, maybe next time. Tough WOD, used 15kg for the lunges, and 30kg OHS on the first round, was going too slow so Cameron told me to do front squats in the second round, just managed to bang them out with seconds to spare – 14:57! I’ve spent the evening taking everything down from any high shelves in the house, not too optimistic at being able to reach them tomorrow… 🙂

Tough WOD but enjoyed it, just about made it in the 15 minute time cap at 14:53 with 15kg lunges and 20kg OHS
New PB of 62.5 up 10kgs from sept delighted with that.

Wasn’t feeling it tonight on the squats. 55kg, 5kg down from last time and barely made that! But on the bright side I loved the workout. Did 10kg lunges and 23kg ohs. Ohs felt quite comfortable. Think I might be finally able for more weight! 14:12 I think for the wod
First time going for 1rm back squat.. 57.5kg pretty happy with that! Big shout to my little sister Lauren doing back squats for the first time and making 60kg look easy!!!!! Well done sis!!!
Really feeling the last 3 nights night shift.. was a dodgy wod for me… spent too long trying (and failing) to do ohs before switching to front squat.. didn’t get done in 15min time cap. Got as far as my 15th burpee.. 10kg for oh lunge and 20kg for squat!
Timed out on back squads at 110kg. Couldn’t even get to try my old em of 120kg. Note to self: next time don’t start at 40kg.
WOD was good. OHS with 30kg on the bar. Tried 35kg but couldn’t keep my balance. Damn my weak upper body! 20kg for lunges. Finished WOD in 12:43.

125kg for back squat, up 15kg from September. Wod in 18.51 with front squats.
New 1 rep max 150kg wodge was tough 15.18
