I suck at rope-climbs. 11:03, but at least I got through all the KBS with 24kg. More importantly, first time in about 18 weeks that I’ve managed a full week of training.
112.5 for back squats.
12:14 with 4 full rope climbs and 2 scaled.
Used 98kg for the strength and did the workout in 9:34 with 20kg KB and rope climbs 🙂
137 for strenght.
8.13 for wod rx
7.36 rx. Sore forearms but enjoyed today.
Strength @ 57, Wod in 14:50.
Big thanks to all the people cheerin’ me on at the end, that really helped 🙂
82 for strength. 7.43 for wod with 20kg kbell
