First official Crossfit workout since finishing the induction course, 41:12. Happy enough with that benchmark.
Well Laurna you got your wish. 41:25. 300 singles – wasnt trying doubles on that one! Had to do k2e on the ground. Did it outside in 27 degrees and had to puke half way. Crossfit what have you done to me, I used to lead a normal life lol!!!!
