GREAT TO BE BACK 🙂 35kg and only managed 2 rounds of WOD with 25kg skipping nearly drove me insane
Only managed 23.5 kg lunge, I started at 25kg and fell on my ass so took it handy after that (thanks Orla n Edel for not laughing). 2rounds n 160 singles. Great mood lift after a loooong boring day at work.
42.5kg for lunge. Completed WOD with 3 rounds and 187 singles! See you next week! 🙂
