Easing back into things so used 50kg for the strength work. 9:52 for the WOD, just using the 8lb ball, and ring-rows. It’s amazing how much I suck at wall-balls really.
happy with 14.30 considering its my 3rd WOD in 2 and 1/2 years but alot of work to do.big props to Feargal and Cameron for keeping me going it was much appreciated.Quads are screaming today though :-p
