11:35 for the WOD, scaled the pull-ups to max strict pull-ups, followed by jumping pull-ups. Lovely morning to be running, but hands were freezing, hope it warms up for the rest of ye!
10.28 for the WOD but jumping pullups. Did 5pm class but then spent an hour trying my hand at handstand walking(against the wall only) and HSPU which I cant even begin to get but I’ll keep at it. I cant do my 1 pull-up anymore but I can def rope climb so all is not lost. Must do some more of my own training cause I need to just practice everything

10:49 for WOD with 250 singles instead of run due to knee injury & jumping pull ups.
12.04 wit mix of pull up and ring rows. slowly managing to string a few pull ups together!!
13.08 for wod. Found the 24lb kettle bell difficult must improve. Enjoyed today. 🙂
8.48; came in last June in an open gym session and did it in 9.48. Nice to see the progress!
