85kg for the RM, 3:34 mins for the WOD
145kg for 1RM.. 3:42 for workout with 120 DL’s & HRPU!!
Did 120kg for the 1RM, didn’t note my time on the WOD, but used 95kg for the deadlifts which was over my bodyweight, wouldn’t have been when I started 🙂
