7:28 for the WOD, doing 50kg push-press, jumping c2b, and air squats. I couldn’t even attempt the HSPU so well done to everybody who did, especially Britney Mullen.

Hspu with one abmat for the first 2 rounds and scaled to push press for one round and an accidental round of push jerk *blushes* brain wasn’t quite working after being upside down! Jumping c2b and 30 air squats.

Strict press @45kg, WOD was a hoot, scaled all over the shop, push press @50kg, jumping C2B and air squats, 9:31
This was terrible for me. 36kg push press was so hard. Finished in 10:10!
