Thanks to Kevin giving me the push for the last set of bar touching burpees I’m sure I would have broke them up otherwise!!

37.40 with jumping pullups.
Then I did my one pullup which I had been failing to to in the last week or 2 so YEAY that I got that.
Also tried some handstands but really am quite rubbish and should just stay close to the wall instead
Good thing I wasn’t working today!!!!
41:40 which wasn’t bad for me… considering I suck at running! My lungs actually kept up with me for a change.. massive stitch slowed me down something shocking. Did 1 jumping pull up in each round and the rest bar touching burpees.. first time getting any kind of pull up so happy out!
Did my first handstand walk today too.. okay it was just 4 steps but 4 more than i could do before 🙂 #pb

Cut this one close finishin in 44:50 😛 Half twelve class gave a great boost in that last round!! 🙂
Well you DID do 15 burpees for the 4 rounds so you should have been well under 🙂
