Okay… went in and did it with Steve at the Open Gym. Steve was flying like a bullet through WOD, while Edel kept telling me not to flutter around and DO IT! Great support = Hard love! 😀 😀 😀

Completed in 30:52 with singles in open gym. Vilma , I saw no fluttering from you what ever Edel says! Enjoyable but tough one on the arms.

Despite feeling like death warmed up I actually enjoyed this one! Shoulders are gonna feel it tomorrow! Cos my chest is at me I asked Edel could I bail on the running.. No such luck.. She let me do half the amount of singles though so that helped… Word in 27:57.. 5kg for run & sit-ups and singles. Bar the being sick issue I felt good doing it. I should have a steak before every class haha
Grabbed a 5kg plate until lorna and gavin guilted me into the 10kg thanks for the push guy’s…go heavy or go home eh!!!! 😉 enjoyed the workout..especially when I realised myself and Gerry had done 100 singles through the whole workout..what are we like haha 🙂

Had to sub rowing for running, did 450m. Tried 10kg for the sit ups but I quickly went to the 5kg, singles instead of doubles.
