Felt pretty tight this morning, squats felt like they were all over the place. I used 42.5kg for the WOD, doing bench-dips instead of ring-dips, think my time was 10:40, I could be wrong as I forgot to write it down. Did I mention it’s Monday?
I was happy with most of my back squats (didnt bend forward like I have a tendency to do). WOD took me 11.53 with 30kg hang clusters (Glad I didnt Rx THAT one!!!) and box dips instead of ring dips
Did Back Squats with 85kg on the bar.
WOD done in 11:47 with 35kg on the bar and box dips.

14.09 with box dips. Rough start to a Monday but glad to have it done.
11.17 with box dips and 42.5kg on the bar. Tasty WOD but good to do
