Got 3 rounds and 1 PP done with 30kg on the bar, 16kg kettle bell and 20″ box
Push press stayed at 70kg for 1RM, managed to do 3 rds & 5 PP in WOD with 45kg on bar , would have loved to do 50kg but sadly not enough weights available.
72.5 1rm got it on my third attempt. Must not over think the lifts. 3 rds 15 kbs for wod only had 35 on bar. Happy out. Gonna try get in for open gym tomorrow get my back squat 1rm if any ones about. 🙂
Ha Ha Ha!! Yeah Thanks Feargal. First time I have ever done Rx for a workout so Im delighted. Got exactly 3 rounds with it. I didnt beat my 1RM of 45 but Im happy enough with that. Dont think I would have if I had more time either – just how it goes (next time!!!)
New pb on the push press up 11.5kg since oct to 45kg so delighted with that.
Done 2 rounds and 10 box jumps with 35kg on the bar for push press was bloody tough. Got abit confused with the box too it’s been so long and done the highest jump. Thankfully Edel spotted me

Wod 2rounds 5box jumps with 30kgs I found this very heavy for workout so had to break down reps
1st Time PP at 55kg 1RM, wod 3R +11box jumps today’s lesson 30′ legs & a 24′ box makes for a hard WOD lol well done all

Got my Goal for 2015on board too (cryptic but still my goal) had to be short as not much room left.
