30 T2B/high knee/ sit-up
60 power snatch 50/35kg
30 T2B/ high knees/ sit-up
60 Wall ball
30 T2B/ high knee/sit-up
60 Push Press 50/35kg
30 T2B /high knees/sit-up
60 push ups.

*At the end or every set of 60 and 30 do 200 metre run together or 250 row.
Take 2/3 minutes rest before working up to top again.
