Glad to be paired up it made me push myself a bit more..otherwise I’m sure it would have turned into an AMRAP for me if I didn’t have Louise

40kg for 2rm up 2.5kg and felt like I might have gotten more. Wod was really hard. Scaled rope climbs. Had to use 25kg for thrusters as there’s no way I can do 10 unbroken @ 30. Was able to go unbroken up until the second last rd I think. Hard one!
57.5kg for the strength.
5 rounds + 10 Thrusters for the WOD. Had 37.5kg on the bar and scaled the rope climbs to lying rope pull ups.
65 kg for strength. Finished all 6 rounds for the WOD with 40kg on the bar and did 3 rope climbs. I had to scale after that.
67kg for clusters. 4rds in wod when thrusters got the better of me.2 rope climbs a good challenge!

35kg for 2RM cluster. Got the 6 rounds done with 25kg on the bar and scaled the rope climbs… found that so tough!
55kg for 2 rep max, 5 rounds 6 thrusters with 37kg and scaled rope climbs, so tough
Got 60kg for the clusters and 4 rounds just about. Had to scale rope climb after round 2. Tough one today.
