32.5kg 2RM for the Power Snatch. 18 + 4 OHS for the WOD.
60kg for 2rm power snatch and 18 + 9 ring rows for wod. Front squats for wod. Good craic in 6.45 class, well done girls.
18 and 7 OHS with 22.5kg.
27.5kg for Power Snatch. Managed just one with 30kg.
38kg 2RM for PS. 21 Rds 4 OHS’s for WOD!
Managed 45kg for power snatch, and 15 and 12 OHS for the WOD
30kg for power snatch 2 rm, got 24 and 2 ring rows for WOD but only with light weight 13kg!
45kg for 2rm, tricky technique!! 15 + 10 pull ups for Metcon with 25kg OHS..
first time doing snatch. Didnt do 2rm. Tried a few at 20kg and my shoulder started hurting so practised ohs instead. Used 18kg for wod but switched to front squats half way. 18 and 17 front squats.
Looking forward to doing snatches when shoulder doesnt actually hurt because I really enjoyed it.
45kg for 2RM on the Power Snatches, happy with that for now. Used 25kg for the WOD, managed 15+6 OHS, plus a few no-reps and one falling-on-my-arse rep.
