*** We will be holding a 30-45 min  Kipping workshop this Saturday the 22nd from 11: 15am. This will cover the kipping swing, Kipping Pull Ups & Kipping T2B/ K2E. This will be available for all members.***

We will hold 1 workshop a month which will look at all aspects of our health and fitness.
