27.5kg for push press. Pretty sure I could have done more but the arms are a bit spaghetti-like today lol! Did 4 rounds in WOD and am now happily using a 16kg for swings. Did mainly 24″ step ups and was brave enough to do jumps on the 18″ boxes at the last round. I’m getting there!
Managed 47.5kg on the push press, and working on my level of aggression , pleased with WOD,only 5 box jumps short of 4 rounds completed. Still a long way off on the pull ups, but getting there – slow but sure.
Righteo I managed a whopping 25KG for push press which was pretty great for me. Did four rounds and 200m in WOD. Used a 12KG (step up from my last 8kg effort) and went Russian and box jumped using a bigger than normal but not quiet as big as I should have box 🙂 Happy days
Had a great time nearly dying tonight 🙂 got 30kg on push press delighted. 4 rounds with 16kbs and 24” step ups. Enjoyed the run.
Did 30.5kg on push press ups 4 rounds with 16Kbs russian and did step ups on my small box but a little bigger than last time the run was tough glad its over.
Managed to do the workout today, albeit on one leg! Did 5 rounds and was 5 box jumps short of my 6th. Instead of the 400m run I did the airdyne for 400m and it sucks!! I would run anyday. Used the 16kg for the kettlebell swings but only used 14″ box for my one legged boxjumps. Boy did I sweat today!!!
Got to 43.5 for the push press, felt like I had more in me but was happy enough. Did 4 rounds + 100m for the workout, but stuck to the 24″ box, and went Russian with the 24kg KBS.
37.5kg for push press.
WOD was 4 full rounds & know swings.
Used 16kg kb & 20″ box.
I hate sprints!!!
got 52.5 push press.. got three rounds nd was jumping 30″
Got 33kg for push press, 4 rounds for the workout and a 400m cooldown too! lol
Pull up programme is coming on -still on negatives but getting better 🙂
