I don’t know how much sprinting will be going on today, the old hip flexors are creaking after last nights workout!

Wow that was one seriously tough workout. As I said today give me a half marathon any day over sprints! Definitely not my strong point. Thank you so much to Pauline for pushing me on. We ran together and our times were:

    400m sprints:
    2:03
    1:53
    1:58
    1:55

    200m sprints:
    51
    51
    52
    52
Thought I was going to puke and I felt dizzy but it’s worth it now because i’m buzzing! I’m really getting the hang of the double unders too, which is great.

Fastest 400m was 1.40 and fastest 200m was 43 secs. There was a moment in the 400 when I felt great. Those moments don’t last long enough. Need to channel it! Great workout. Loads of laughs as always 😉

Fastest 400m was 1.34 and fastest 200m was 45, the rest of my times weren’t great could’ve tried a bit harder but nearly seen my lunch a few times! Need to practice the singles before I got onto the double unders!

Good workout today, single unders are coming along and even managed a couple of dodgy doubles 🙂
    Best 400m – 1:29.
    200m – 39sec

im going to get them double unders soon.. single unders 99 failed on 100 🙁 used the killer airdyne instead of running.. 400m-1:11 and 200m-30sec

That was my toughest day yet, my hips were so sore and tight from Monday’s workout that when I tried to run, my body basically fell apart. I couldn’t feel any power from my legs even though I could see them moving, I ended up using the Airdyne instead. Did 400m in 1:07, best 200m time was 0:29.

I also could barely string together more than four single unders, nevermind the double-unders. I think my muscles are hating me at the moment.
