Loved tonight’s WOD but collapsed after! 16 full reps plus 9 with 16kg kB. Did Russian swings and used a smaller box. The 20″ still seems too scary after cutting my leg on it, but I’ll get there! All is being logged in my new CrossFit app so no diary needed;-)
Really enjoyed tonites session. Managed 11 full reps with 12kg. Glad I pushed myself for the higher box as it really challenged me! Feel a lot braver now!! ๐
Still terrified of the box went for the massive 9 inch(hehe) and the 12kg kettle bell 16 and 9 reps i think tomorrow is gona be a rest day for me see ye all friday.
8 +1KB for me, first tube doing the American KBs, used the 16kg. The first right rounds were part but as soon as I picked up the KB for round nine my body just shut down, I could barely get it over my knees. I managed to get one dodgy rep in the whole minute. Still, it was a change to finish the WOD first for once ๐
10 full rounds and 11 kettlebell swings & 10 box jumps. Just missed 11 full rounds by one but will get it next time. Used the 24 kg Kettlebell American swings and 24″ box. Thighs were burning after all the box jumps and even worse after soccer match I had later on but nonetheless great session. Still working on the skipping. Wrecking my head but i’ll have the singles down by next week!!!

12full kb with 12kg and 5 box jumps. Very hard! Had success with the double jumps tonight ๐ . Looking forward to the rest day tomorrow.
