Enjoyed learning how to kip today and first time to attempt a double under. Got it a few times and managed two in a row at one point, although my legs look like I’ve has a few whips of the cane! Stuck with 64 single unders for the workout, 8kg kettlebell and did the pull ups on the rings. Think my time was 5:51 or there abouts. Promise I’ll get that diary Edel!
Great class, 10.49 time – 12kg for KB, ring pull ups and 96 single jumps on the rope. Attempted the double but getting it wrong was too sore! Ouch! Enjoyed learning how to Kip. Wondering what tomorrows class will bring!
Had to scale again Edel assures me its normal to scale so much at the start 8kg kettle bell pull ups with box and 96 single unders x3 rounds time 6.18 the warm up was actually pleasant today ROLL ON WEDNESDAYS WOD..!!!!!!

10:11 today, I’m going to have to practice my skipping, felt like I spent half the time tripping over the rope.

8.19 lots of work to do on pull ups as I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t qualify for the Crossfit Games! ;))
finished in 10:27 with 20kg KB i need to learn the double unders 288 skips feel like im still doing them
