January Foundation Course

January’s Foundation Courses beginning on the 6th are as follows:

5-6pm (Mon, Wed & Fri)
6-7pm (Mon, Wed & Fri)
7-8pm (Mon, Wed & Fri)

This will be a 2 week (6 session course). As it is our first foundation course we will be offering free membership for the remainder of the month and spaces will be limited to 8 per course. There will be a foundation course beginning on the 20th of January but this will not include 2 weeks free membership.

    I am interested in your foundation course, and I am wondering when you say they are on every hour from 5pm – 8pm is that every evening or just a Monday evening. Could you give me more information regarding how many session you have to do etc?

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.
