A) Front Squat + Jerk
Every 2 min x 6 sets
2 Front Squats
1 Split Jerk

If you have DBs then you can do
Every 2 min x 6 sets
8 DB Front squat
8 DB shoulder to overhead

Every 3:30 x 5 sets
10 cals / 200m run
15 Wall Balls
10 Devils Press
