Overhead squat x 3

(Perform all on one side first then the other)

B)
Every 5 Min x 6 alternating between sets:

Sets 1:3:5

24 Cals/ 400m run
18 box jump step down
12 Burpees

Sets 2:4:6

30 Jump squats
30 Push press
30 Russian KBS
