A1) rear foot elevated split squat 8-12 reps/leg (21×1)

A2) Calf raise 15-20 reps

A3) Deadbug 20-30reos

B) EMOM x 20

1: :30-:40 shoulder taps / scale to plank shoulder taps

2: Jumping lunges

3: Good morning

4: Jumping squat

(completed with weight where possibl)
