    1st class back in about 6 months.. I’m already sore.. this does not bode well for being able to walk properly the next few days!

    85kg for strength, same as my previous earlier in the year so happy enough.. 80kg was clean 85kg was not close to clean but I got it up…

    25/27.5/30kg for thrusters and du’s for first 2 rounds and a mix of du’s/ singles for last round.. done in 17:49.
