He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar! Oh first tuesday wod in awhile and now I no why. Tough but good 25mins. Got 6 rds and 200m run. Double unders I will conquer you yet.
Tough but fun. Got through to 7 rounds and 4 thrusters. 45kg on the bar and high knees.
Tough one, got 4Rd’s and 10 toes to bar with 40kg on the bar.
Did 6+12 high knees but with only 30kg on the bar, was happy to keep moving for 25 minutes. Couldn’t even manage one toe-to-bar in practice, got home and discovered Sadhbh had learned to do them, four unbroken. Oh to be six!
5 rds and 200m with 35kg and otherwise wod as on board. 40kg Im coming for you I hope!
