I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

So happy to say it’s not as bad as it looks…I found yesterday so much worse! I had 22.5kg on the bar and scaled DU to singles, done in 30:20.
Huge well done to Natalie and Siobhan for birthday burpees after the 5 class!!!
Really fun WOD. 33:28. Scaled to front squats with 50kg on the bar. Same weight for DL. 150DU were killer but I worked my way through them. Yay!
Would love to do it again in 6 months time or so to see my progress.

Did this in open gym ( no witnesses to my pain) completed in 42.45 with 40kg on the bar for OHS / Deadlifts. Found OHS a nightmare as weight ok but felt less stable than past WODs. Those box jump overs seemed to last forever!!!!!

Struggled with the 60kg OHS, the rest was fine. Time today 27:00
It was all about the 30′s for me today. Completed the wod in 30.30 with 30kg on the bar. Finished with 30 birthday burpees with my partner in crime Siobhan!
