Did bent over rows instead of push press today. Got a new PB of 65kg 1rm.
Did WOD scaled in 4.31.
New 1 RM of 42.5kg yay!!
Did the WOD with assisted pistols and very ugly wall walks!!!
Still plateauing at 70kg for push press. Managed WOD with wall walks & air squats in 7.03
72.5 pushpress wod was 5.05 full wall walk and air squats legs still tight from monday.
