I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

Had a bit of a break the last fortnight, and it showed. Couldn’t get through the 90% had to drop a few kilos. I got a bit mixed up with the WOD, think I said 6+5, but I’m pretty sure I did 5 rounds + 5 HRPU, did the first round of toe-to-bar together but had to go scales to high knees after that

Did 40 with my push press but Im not sure if I should have done more as I forgot to write my newest 1RM. I’ll stick with this for the mo!

Also very proud to announce that I got my first (and second but not in a row) Toes to Bar (after the workout) and I finally feel Im getting some strength in my shoulders!! Still cant do pullups but getting there. Im a happy bunny!!!!
5rounds and 10hrpu. Scaled to high knees. Did hspu for first round but scaled to hrpu after that. Apparently 7 is my max hspu right now
