    Did WOD in open gym , and found much harder than looked on paper. 800m row instead of run, with jumping pull ups and 40kg on bar – finished in 33:23.

    I nearly passed out doing this one. Scaled to 40KG on the bar and jumping pull ups. Finished in 32:19. Thanks for pulling me through this, Edel.

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve.
