    Enjoyed that this morning, completed 760 reps scaled, including 111 single-unders unbroken which must be a record for me! Loving the 9′ target too, I think it was the first time I did more reps than no-reps with wall-balls.

    355 reps for me.. don’t mind skipping at all but damn that wallball! Arms weren’t able! Think I got more airballs than wallballs haha.. Thank you Fergus for pushing me through them!!

      Actually hold on.. I got one full round (250 reps) and then 50 wallballs and 105 skips.. So that would be 405 reps! I forgot to count the second 50 wallballs haha

    535 reps scaled, tough to keep going on the wall balls. Enjoyed it though. Thanks Cam for counting and encouraging me. Maria, you could easily have had another 30-40 reps with all the air balls and ones that fell short. Damn that 14kg ball!!

    Only got 150 reps flew through muscle ups and 20lb wall balls only to grind to a rapid halt on the doubles unders got to 93 before ran out of time. I’ll keep on trying. Have a great weekend guys. :) :)

    That was fun, got 628reps, those no reps are the nastiest reps of all lol.
    Well done aoife, first time using the 14lb ball and got through all 50, great result :-)

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.
